It will take around 5 - 6 weeks to have the order delivered door to door except some extreme situation. Customized orders will take around 5-6 weeks depends on different order. There is going to be a tracking numbers for clients to track the delivery status as soon as the order sent, and clients will take care of picking up the order from local post office as the other online orders.
We offer expedite delivery service that guarantee delivery less than 15 days, but there's extra cost for this service, please check shipping fee above, and we will notify you if we can't provide expedite delivery service for your order.
Most of orders are delivered via EMS, USPS Priority Mail or Canada Post. Large orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, TNT or EMS. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
All orders will not be able to deliver to PO Box address, military-related address either.
If the order bounced back, we will charge restocking fees for incorrect shipping address given, if a shipment is refused at the door or cannot be delivered for whatever reason, we will deduct these fees from the refund which will be added to the normal restocking fee (see return policy).
Please allow extra business days if a holiday falls on or between the order date and expected delivery date.
Orders delivered outside of Canada might incur custom and sales taxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional cost at the time of delivered. If a delivery is refused we will deduct these costs on the top of refund, which will be added to the normal restocking fee(see return policy).
We will send a tracking number to customer as soon as the order shipped, customer can check the delivery status online with our delivery vendors' website or customer can directly check with the local post office for the deliver status. We list some of countries' delivery partners' websites as below.
